HERE IS WHAT OUR SEMINAR

ATTENDEES ARE SAYING

2008 JANUARY PRE-SALE
STRATEGY SEMINAR COMMENTS

Tim:

Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you and Dr. Marc for a fantastic seminar.  This is my third Pre-Sale seminar and they just keep getting better.

The information that Dr. Marc reviewed from past seminars helped me greatly to solidify an  "understanding" of the Pre-Sale Marketing concepts and strategies.  The "detail" in which the info was presented also helped me to put together multiple strategies that I can follow and put in place in my office.

The NEW information that was presented was amazing.  The info on tear sheets and promo cards was great but my personal favorite was the segment on an Anterior Head Syndrome practice.  The information laid out by Dr. Marc on the AHS practice gave me a whole new perspective on Chiropractic practice.

I know that you and Dr. Marc work very hard to put these seminars together.  I just want to thank you both for creating a place where Doctors of Chiropractic can go to learn ethical, professional, and also...Successful marketing strategies that allow our Profession to prosper.

Really looking forward to the next seminar!

Take care.

Tim and Marc:

Thanks for another great seminar!

I have to admit I wasn't sure at first if it was worth it to go to a third seminar on the same topic. But each one has been progressively better.

The anterior head syndrome practice was laid out in great detail. It has really made me look at my practice options. That alone made the trip worth it. I never would have thought of setting up a practice like that until now.

I also took a staff member with me and I'm glad I did. I have made some changes since the other two seminars but not nearly enough. Having a staff member go with me I can already see will help me implement even more changes.

Thanks again,

Dr. Kevin Sparks

P.S.  Marc always speaks the truth, including when he says the room will be cold!

Tim:

I want to thank-you for another exceptional seminar with Dr. Marc Swerdlick.  This is my third Pre-Sale Seminar and again, it far exceeded my expectations.

Your seminars are always so well organized.  One of the things that I value the most is that there is nothing presented that would adversely affect my reputation in my community.

The value of the 3 plus hours of questions and answers each night with Dr. Marc far exceeded the price of the seminar.  I like the fact that the information is always being updated and that includes the note pack.

Again, I want to thank-you and your staff for all the time and energy that you have devoted to bringing this information to our seminar. I look forward to the next Integrity Strategies Seminar.

Tim:

There was no way I was going to miss an Integrity Strategies seminar. I was even luckier because it was in my back yard. But that's beside the point.

Everyone knows Marc is always cooking-up something better in his evil laboratory, and I didn't want to miss out on anything new. I can only incorporate so many things at a time anyway, so this seminar was vital...I had tons of gaps to fill even though I am already reaping its benefits.

Then there was the AHS practice. After hearing the details, I was blown away. There is no limit as to what you can do with this information...just implement it correctly and hold on!

I want to thank Tim for putting on another excellent seminar. I know there are a lot better things you can do with your time and we appreciate it.

Also thanks to Marc. We appreciate everything you two have done and hope it continues well into the future.

Thanks again,

Tim,

It was refreshing to go to a seminar and learn a great system in pre-selling the patients on their care.  This is an exciting way to practice and there is no "used car salesman" feeling to it.

I wanted to thank you for not bombarding us with trying to sell us a bunch of other things like adjustment tables that we just have to have or you can't use this technique or that one.

Thank you Integrity Seminars and Dr. Swerdlick for the best seminar that I have been too!

2007 JUNE 2007 2-DAY PRE-SALE
STRATEGY SEMINAR COMMENTS

Dear Tim and staff,

Thank you again for another great effort in putting together the June Pre-Sale seminar.  Again the seminar facility was great and very convenient  for out of towners like me.  Having attended the October Pre-Sales event,I have had the chance to use Dr. Swerdlick's material for several months prior to this event.

The second time through the information was extremely helpful, it allowed me to focus in on areas I had questions on, and shed new light on some strategies that I did not fully understand from the first seminar.

Mine is one of the stories that you and Marc so frequently recount in your viewpoints.  I have been with multiple management groups, and have spent way too much time, money and energy on out of date concepts that don't work and probably did more harm than good to my reputation in the community.

That being said I can honestly say that Dr. Swerdlick's information is unlike anything I have ever come across before. While my practice still has a long way to go, using the information provided in the last two Integrity Strategies the stress level in my clinic has decreased and the profitability of my clinic has increased.  I'm happier, the staff is happier, the patients are happier, referrals are on the rise, and I'm actually starting to enjoy practice again.

As for the Integrity Strategies staff, and the Swerdlicks... all I can say is thank you.  I was one of those who stayed for the question and answer sessions until 9:00 pm both nights.  The seminar was scheduled to end at 5:30 both nights, and yet you were all there until late into the night answering our questions and being just being generally helpful.

As the saying goes, "Believe half of what they say and everything they do."  You guys set a shining example of over-delivering on an already outstanding product.  I will see you at the next one.

My most sincere thanks (for everything),

Dr. Mark Legnola

Tim,

Thanks again for another well-run event.  As usual, Dr. Swerdlick was at his best presenting the Pre-Sales information to the doctors, wives and staff who attended.

Since attending the October 2006 Pre-Sales event and utilizing the strategies in our office, I wondered how much more material could be presented at another similar meeting.  I knew the information was valuable and easy to implement in the office, I just wasn't sure how much more material could be added.  Well, after sitting through two more days it became obvious that this learning process could continue for a long time.

One of the other doctors said it best when he indicated, that this is the material that would have made the tens of thousands of dollars he had wasted with a number of practice management gurus worthwhile.  Of course, if those PM Gurus knew about real world marketing, they would have probably charged an additional $20,000.00 and 25% of any increase over your base collections for the information presented.  They would have then justified their fee by teasing you with the opportunity to receive a special invitation to their Absolutely Super Secret Haven Of Lofty Exciting Superstars. I think he nailed it.

Back to the good stuff.  The meeting was fabulous.  The information is easy to learn, simple to implement and will enhance any doctor's ability to improve their retention of prospective new patients.  If we could get all practicing doctors to implement Dr. Swerdlick's marketing information, I'm convinced we would significantly increase the nationwide percentage of individuals seen by chiropractors and dramatically improve the public's opinion of our profession a whole.

Thanks again to you, your lovely wife Lori, Shelly & Tim Vondrasek, and Drs. Marc and Katy Swerdlick.  You are all a tremendous blessing to those of us who attended the seminar as well as our entire profession.

Please be sure to let me know when we will be meeting again.

Let er Buck,

Jeffrey R. Reinhardt, DC

Dear Tim:

What can I say? Firstly, thank you for your recognizing the importance of Marc's information and secondly, your commitment to ensuring that others in the profession could avail themselves of the information.

I had a fantastic couple of days. I arrived home this morning after the day or so traveling and am too energized by what I experienced to be affected by jet lag. My communication with yourself and Marc over the last 12 months or so made me pretty confident that it would be worth my while to make the journey over to the US.

However, there is always a little apprehension with any big decision like that. I can happily say that my decision to head over to the U.S. was well justified and I know that once implemented, the strategies presented will enhance my enjoyment and profitability in practice enormously.

The other thing about the strategies is that they certainly are very clear and applicable to any type of Chiropractic practice. Anyway, I am sure you have heard plenty of compliments after a great seminar like that.

Congratulations to you and your staff for a job beautifully done. I wish I could have hung around for the 9 pm question sessions.

See you in 2008!

Regards,

Dr. Tim & Dr. Marc,

Day 1 -- A.M.*   (*After Marc)

My head is still spinning!  My brain is full.

Thank you.

I feel like I was given the gift of 10 years of exceptional practice education in just 2 days.  As this is only day +1 “A.M”, nothing has been implemented in my office yet.  I have, however, a completely different (180 degree different) understanding of how to build a practice built on solid care plans, excellent clinical results (because people will follow our recommendations) and genuine relationships with my patients and community.

The information we received was incredibly unique (that alone will help us stand out ... as it will, for many in our profession who take action and meet Dr. Marc).  Dr. Marc's teaching style is exceptional.  Through humor, straight talk and compassion, Dr. Marc teaches solid foundational principles and then lays out a very practical, detailed implementation strategy.

We have been given the keys to build a practice that is sustaining and a solid reputation that radiates out into our community.  I feel sorry for anyone who knew about Dr. Marc and did not attend this seminar.

Thank you.  I am extremely grateful to the immense generosity of Dr. Tim (for dedicating countless hours to bringing this information to us), to Dr. Katy for all of the invaluable information you shared with us, and of course, to Dr. Marc, for reaching his hands into our skulls, unscrambling the mess and setting us on a track of integrity and success.

I will tell everyone I know who is genuinely looking to change about your program.

By the way, did I say Thank You?  Clearly, I can't say it enough.

Tim,

Can’t say enough about the seminar.  I come from a business background and the thing I’ve always felt that was lacking in our profession was marketing.

“It doesn’t matter how good you are if you can’t get anyone in the door” has been my mantra forever.

Well, that’s changed after listening to Marc.  The new mantra is “It doesn’t matter how good you are if you can’t KEEP them in the door.”

It’s Monday at 10:45 and furniture has been moved, paint has been ordered, and posters hung.  I can’t thank you guys enough for being such a solid resource.
Be well and make the NPA happen sooner than later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tim,

Having been to the first pre-sale in October, I was looking for a brushing up on the info. What I received this time was a more complete understanding of the pre-sale concept. Marc went into much greater detail as to the how and why the concept is so vital.
I came away with a clearer vision for my practice and more ideas than seemed possible. All I can add is sign me up for the next 25 seminars.

Thanks

Tim,

Thanks for putting on another excellent seminar. Everything was very organized and professional. The amount of detail that Marc goes into is unbelievable. Yes, it is a lot of information to digest in 2 days but well worth the effort.

Marc is very selfless when it comes to sharing his information and helping out those that had questions. I can only imagine how successful we will all be after implementing the strategies we learned this weekend combined with the information that we'll learn in the near future.

Thanks again for all the hard work that you and your staff did to host this seminar. I'm looking forward to future seminars.

Sincerely,

Marc,

Thanks for a great weekend and great information. I wish that I could
have gotten this info sooner, and look forward to the next seminars!

It showed me exactly why chiropractic is tough to position and market,
but that it is a great service that deserves the extra effort. And
what the hell, I've got the diploma and license! ;)

The seminar contained many ideas that added up to a greater understanding of not only marketing and positioning a practice and clinic, but about
chiropractic, chiropractors, techniques, technique developers (or
peddlers, depending on their level of integrity).

Thanks again, and it was great seeing you,

Tim,

Even though the October seminar was great, the two day was even better.

There were things I was and wasn't doing that were clarified during the two day event.  The note package was also a great big help!

It was quite obvious that those who were new to Dr. Swerdlick’s information were blown away.  All I kept hearing was "this makes so much sense to do it this way".

As with the last seminar, the professionalism was outstanding and I'd like to thank you and your staff for a job well done.

Tim,

I want to thank you for all your quick and sincere responses to all my questions before the seminar.  Dr. Marc did an outstanding job at the seminar.

Everything was delivered as promised. I know I have a lot of work to do with implementing the many, many, many, many great concepts that were presented.

However, I have to say what I did this morning (Monday after seminar weekend).  I wanted to "play" with just a few concepts.  On one of my new pt consults this morning I incorporated just two simple concepts (in a very unorganized, unplanned manner).  I did a horrible job at it.

Yet after the exam, the patient asked if he could go and schedule his six month care plan at the front desk.  I hadn't even made any recommendations!

Thanks again.  You will definitely be seeing me again at future seminars.

Tim,

Hello, I hope all is well. This seminar was awesome. Marc, Katy, and you and your staff did an excellent job. I’m glad I was there for the one in October, because hearing it again made a big difference.

What Marc has, his knowledge and how to market chiropractic does not compare to anyone. Because of Marc and you and your staff 170 chiropractors offices and the profession just got better.

These seminars will make chiropractors look like professionals instead of quacks. Our profession is getting better and better with each seminar you present.

THANK YOU, MARC,  TIM, AND STAFF.

Tim:

I signed up for the seminar based on the info on the website. I was just simply hoping that it was not the same-old-same-old, even after what I had read. I have had it with the over promise and under deliver that I have seen so often in 12 years.

I ordered 1 of each poster and tear sheet, so I did not get to far into buying what could have been a bunch of crap. Now, after the seminar, I know what they are and how to use them. I will be ordering more, and redoing my office.

Luckily, I’m not too far off the mark with the way it’s organized now. I am impressed with the depth of detail gone into creating the pre-sale approach. I did not think you could fill 2 days with the material covering what is essentially the 2 most important hours in the office.

It took all of that and more (after hours). I am impressed, and will be making the changes to my office. I feel fortunate that I came, and look forward to interacting with Practice Central and Integrity Seminars in the future.

Tim:

I have a decompression/CBP based clinic. When Dr. Swerdlick stressed the importance of not bullshiXXing your patients through back-end selling such as free promos and most importantly, selling the "acute" phase of care 1st, and then selling the "corrective" phase that really hit home for me.

When it comes to the chiropractic care, I’m not selling a care plan, I’m billing each visit as it comes.  I do let the patient know approximately how many visits they will need to correct the problem.

With some refining and redirecting,  Dr Swerdlick's marketing approach I"M SURE will work so much better and it goes very well with my technique.

Also, I think it will actually get results faster with treatment because, using Dr. Swerdlick's approach, I intend to start my patients off with correction, not wait until they are past the acute stage.

I look forward to showing off my office during the pre-sale, as a way to emphasize my ability to help the perspective patient.  It is something I spent a lot of thought, time and money on and I’m very proud of it.  I'm sure, more proud than Lexus is of it's new gas pedal!

I'm looking forward to implementing Dr. Swerdlick's advice starting today.  I have already emphasized to my staff the importance of a cohesive unit within the practice and the impression that we are one.  We are all looking though catalogs so we can find a uniform (black in color) that we can be happy with.

Hi Tim,

Another great seminar weekend with Marc and Integrity strategies.  I walked away with even more information that reiterates the information shared from the first seminar.  It was awesome to meet people that traveled as far as Europe and Australia to receive Marc's information but to also see some of our seasoned colleagues attend came as no surprise.

The doctors present have been provided with invaluable information, a roadmap to succeed and if done right will create long term growth.  I appreciate the information that was provided as an outline to facilitate the implementation process.

To change your results you must change your actions so with that in mind, rather than attending the Jazz festival on Sunday in downtown Chicago, I decided to rewrite the information while it was fresh to reflect my style of practice come Monday morning.  It will take time to implement but this type of change is going to be very worthwhile.

Looking forward to the next seminar.

Tim,

This was my second time around with the pre-sale seminar, and I thought I had incorporated a lot of Marc’s material already.  However after this weekend, I realize that I still have a LOT MORE to do.

It was a good refresher and motivating event because I saw the potential, where I could be and want to be.

Hi Doc,

The seminar was more than I expected and as far as I'm concerned, time well spent.  The simplicity of the pre-sell strategy is - awesome.

The majority of the information I hope to implement immediately and I look forward to the next seminar, whenever it may be.

Thank you and thank Dr. Swerdlick for his time and effort, as they are sincerely appreciated.

Tim,

Thank you for a great seminar.  Your staff did a great job with the organization of everything from the signing in to the sale of the materials.

As expected, Dr. Marc did an incredible job as well.  The information from the second Pre-Sell complimented and also greatly expanded on the information from the first one.  It is a great feeling to be part of ethical marketing and education of patients to make our offices one hundred times more professional, effective and successful than in the past before this information.

I look forward to Dr. Marc’s information in the future and participating with you and your staff in future seminars that your company sponsors and puts together.

I can only imagine the hard work you and your staff went through but it paid off very well.  Everything from the coffee mugs and trail mix to the informational handouts were all a touch of class.

Excellent job!!

Tim,

Thanks for putting together this Pre-Sale Seminar. I enjoyed it very much.
With the two day format I was able to absorb the material much better and
hearing things a second time didn't hurt either.

Marc's information is so complete and well planned.  I really appreciate
that. I have been to so many seminars over the years that end up being
just a bunch of data.  Marc's info is not like that,  It all fits together
like a  hand in a glove.

I look forward to more seminars featuring Marc.

Tim:

The seminar was excellent.  Sure, two straight eight hour days of lecture
in rock hard chairs isn't fun, but the material presented was worth every
minute.  Even though Marc is a "man in black", his speaking is very
colorful. It really makes it much easier to listen to and absorb material
that is given in such a "no non-sense" approach.

I appreciated the note card question policy.  All in all, great material, great organization and thoughtfulness, and of course wonderful people that made it happen.

Thank you.

P.S.  A little "HOLLA" out to the fabulous people I got acquainted with
during this seminar.  You guys were the cherry and sprinkles on top!!!

Hi, Tim,

The first Pre-Sale Strategy Seminar was like taking an undergraduate course. It gives you a great foundation to work from. The other practice management courses I have been involved with over the years bear little resemblance to Dr. Marc's materials.

Its like making the jump from high school to university. There is no comparison. The past weekend's 2 Day Pre-Sale Strategy Seminar was like taking a Master's level course. I was thankful for the foundation that the first seminar gave me, as it allowed me to get a deeper and fuller understanding of the strategies that Dr. Swerdlick teaches, and even more importantly, how they all go together.

I was one of the docs who stuck around after the seminar both nights just to 'listen in' to Dr. Swerdlick answer any and all questions. This may very well have been the best part of the seminar for me.

Dr. Marc's answers to the questions really fleshed out the material taught during the day and furthered my understanding of his material. I have a much greater appreciation for how these strategies work together and will in turn, impact the New Patient Acquisition and Reinforcement seminars.

Dr. Swerdlick really goes the extra mile to help you to understand and 'get' what he is teaching. And Tim, his wife and their friends really put together a professional seminar. And it was wonderful to meet Dr. Swerdlick’s wife, Dr. Katy as well.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Tim and Marc,

Thanks for the great weekend.  Though we are exhausted, we are excited!  I brought my wife and practice manager with me, and at lunch on the first day of the seminar it involved a discussion that would have been impossible the night before:  optimism about how we could take my practice to the next level.

There are two ways of describing something: activity language and procedural language.  "I rode my motorcycle to the seminar."  is an example of activity language.  "I sat down on my bike, I put my helmet on, I turned on the fuel valve, I turned on the ignition, I pushed the start button..."  You get the picture.  That is procedural language and THAT is the difference between Marc's presentation and others that I have attended.

We were told to value chiropractic and to make it necessary in people's lives, but more importantly, we were told HOW to do that; we were given the steps to take, and we were told in a fun, entertaining, and professional way that won over the two people I had with me.

The amount of material in this seminar towered over the amount presented last October, and that was a great seminar also.

We are "getting our house cleaned"  so that we are ready for the next presentation from Integrity Strategies.

Thanks again,

Dr. Chad Larson

WOW!  This past weekend was amazing!

The name of your company, Integrity Strategies, is exactly what we got.  Not only was the information presented very insightful and true to your promise, it was also the best run seminar I have been to.

I really liked the way the questions were handled and truth be told I felt Drs. Marc, Katy, and yourself were very honest and sincere when it came to answering any ones questions.

I've never been to a seminar where the presenter hung out for hours after wards and made sure everyone got it.  Its going to be exciting implementing all that I learned.

Integrity Strategies has truly raised the bar on chiropractic seminars.

Thanks so much,

Dr. Sharpe,

I just wanted to take a moment of your time to thank you for the opportunity to attend last weekends Integrity Strategies Seminar.

As a CA it was a great way to see the whole picture as to Dr. Marc's philosophy for a successful practice and will make our transitions smoother because the staff understands the reasons for them.  It was also inspiring to be in the company of professionals, all wanting to bring Chiropractic to the Fore Front.

Needless to say we came into our office on Monday ready to start on the path to having our patients educated and therefore want the chiropractic care we offer.  For any doctors wondering if it's worth the expense to include their staff, don't hesitate.  We all came back with so much useable information.

Thank you!

Hi Tim,

Thank you for a great seminar.  It was evident that there was a lot of cooperation and hard work by many on this seminar and it was really appreciated by us.

Having been to several seminars over the past 10 years (technique and management)  I can honestly say that I got the most out of this one.  Marc's approach to speaking and teaching made it very easy to follow along.  Not being the doctor, there are usually times in seminars where the material is over my head or totally irrelevant to me.

The marketing concepts that Dr. Marc is teaching require everyone working in the office to grasp.  After the October seminar we began our office remodel.  The office looks fantastic, and although LeeAnne and I have been "on board" since that seminar it did not come to fruition until LeeAnne and I sat in front of Marc and heard it ourselves.

I absolutely can't wait until the next one.  The personal courtesy that Dr. Marc showed to each and everyone of the seminar attendees during and after the scheduled seminar is second to none!

Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Tim:

What an awesome event you, your staff and friends, and of course Marc put on! It was very worthwhile going to this event even after going to the first one for many reasons.

First of all, bravo on spreading it out over 2 days. My head wasn't spinning at all compared to the original pre sale event. It was much easier and better for me this time since I had already gone through it before. Having a number of months to implement the original material was also very valuable because it allowed me to listen and absorb the info differently then the first time.

Docs would be nuts not to attend another pre-sale event if it ever occurs again. I was one step ahead of the info this time and benefited greatly because of that. I got more detail and info that will fine tune the changes I have made up to this point.

Looking forward to future events!

Once again I want to commend you and your staff on another fantastic job.  The October seminar was great, but this one was even better.

Tim:

The 2nd Pre-sale seminar was incredible.  There was no hype when you said it would be better than the first, and the first was awesome.  Dr. Marc gave a 1000% effort and Dr. Katy was there to help any doc that needed questions answered.  Marc stayed 3 hours later each night to help answer any questions that doctors had. The additional handout was an unexpected surprise.

This seminar is a good foundation for the New Patient Acquisition and Patient Reinforcement seminars.
Your staff is to be commended for the excellent job that they performed.  It is hard to believe that this was just your second seminar.  It ran so smooth.

I used the strategies from the seminar on Monday with a patient who has gone to chiropractors for over 30 years and has only done relief in the past.  After
using the pre-sale consultation and examination on Monday, he said what do we need to do to correct this problem?  What a great way to practice.

I can't wait for the other seminars put on by Integrity Strategies. Again, thanks for all your hard word in getting Marc's information to us.

Dr. Tim:

I wanted to send you my comments.  Since this was my FIRST pre-sale seminar, I’ve been a bit of a crazy person getting as many things possibly done NOW.

So now I can take a (small) breath and send you my thoughts:

I got back home Saturday night at midnight after the seminar.  Sunday morning after breakfast, I began my re-decorating and stripping the walls and shelves of all of the non-congruent posters, books and the like.  It’s only Tuesday night, but I’ve already made SO many trips to Home Depot and Michael’s for light bulbs, frames and paint. In fact, I had it ready for a new patient yesterday and I can tell it made a difference.

I really like ACTION and having something to DO.  So reorganizing and painting with a specific goal in mind is VERY FUN FOR ME.

I LOVE that the content for the Intro, Exam and Report will be TOTALLY tailored to EXACTLY what I do--not like the scripts I learned with the other PM companies. A large percentage of patients really HATED being made to read out loud and have their understanding tested – it wasn’t pretty!  Neither practice management group I was with ever encapsulated the essence of what I do.  And now with Dr. Swerdlick’s information, it can.

Dr. Tim, thank you for having a nice seminar environment.  I believe knowing the rules in advance made for a smooth event.  Thank you for making sure that “fluids” were in abundance through the whole weekend!! Most events I attend run out in the first couple of hours, never to be replenished.  Since there were no kiosks nearby for snacks or drinks, it was so helpful to at least have coffee and water.  I feel sure it was your staff’s attention to this that kept it full—it was VERY appreciated.  And the complimentary, healthy snack sure came in handy.

I’m trying NOT to be regretful that I decided not to attend October’s seminar.  I’m just ebullient that I got to attend this one.

My final thought - I was just hoping I hadn’t over-sensationalized what the seminar would be in my mind.  The fact that there is work required on my part to make it all go right sets very well with me - that it’s not a cookie-cutter solution that you memorize and voila!!  So I’m relieved to see the potential and mechanics of how it all works and it seems like it was everything that was promised!

Yours in Health,

Dr. Erica S. Kasprzyk

Tim,

I wanted to let you and Marc know that the pre-sale seminar was awesome. I learned more this time than I had in the one day pre-sale strategy seminar, and in that one day I learned a lot.
When looking at Marc's pre-sale strategies, no one compares to him. It is so stress free when you present them to the patient. Also, you feel good after you present it to them.

Other P.M. marketing methods are just tactics, I never felt very comfortable doing them and I felt like a salesman. Marc’s strategies are all front end selling while the P.M.GROUPS ARE ALL BACK-ENDED.

Marc's knowledge and information will definitely change the way people view chiropractic. As a chiropractor I feel less stress and enjoying practicing chiropractic the way practicing should be. I look forward to future seminars.

A big thank you to Marc, Tim and his staff!

Dr. Tim and Integrity Staff,

I would like to say thank you for an exceptional event, and an awesome seminar.  I attended the first Pre-Sell seminar and believed I was already well on my way to a lot of Marc's concepts. However, after sitting through  this past seminar I was blown away at the detail that Dr. Marc went into with the additional time he had this go around.

Because he was teaching us "Real World" marketing you could apply this to any business and make it work for you.  I was very happy I took my office manager to your event because this allowed us to all be on the same page.  On the way home, I asked her how much of the information  we were not using up to this point and she pulled out several pages of her notebook.

Regarding Marc's materials, I have already been using the promo cards and tear off sheets and they work like a charm.  Every single  item that he puts out or recommends to sell all has a purpose which ties in with the bigger picture of your practice.

It is a breath of fresh air to have some direction when it comes to marketing a practice.  I can't wait until 08.

Thank You,

Dr. Brad Ennis

Tim,

It was good to finally meet you and I just wanted to thank you once again for allowing me to attend an Integrity Strategies seminar. I learned a lot and I enjoyed the whole experience! You have definitely put on a first class event - the entire weekend was smooth, professional and extremely well organized.

And regarding the information - all I can say is WOW!!! The Pre-sales strategies and concepts are the missing ingredients in chiropractic and I believe this seminar should be a REQUIREMENT for all practicing chiropractors BEFORE they even consider opening their own business!

What a vision that is -- the idea of all chiropractors practicing above the bar instead of resorting to all of the crap that makes us look like used-car salesmen!

Thanks again for creating Integrity Strategies to help bring Marc's incredible marketing knowledge to those of us who want to practice with a higher level of ethics and INTEGRITY!

Sincerely,

Dr. Stu Freedman

Tim,

You did a fantastic job with your second seminar. The location, facility, atmosphere were all great.

As far as the content itself, why wouldn't anyone be breaking down
the doors to get Marc's stuff? The material I heard for the second time solidified
so much and made so much more sense to me. If I could only have been privy to this info prior to when I was opening my office, everything would be so much
different.

But knowing I have time in front of me with all of this knowledge
with more to come is freaking awesome. So, please keep up the great work and I
look forward to the New Patient Acquisition Seminar.

Your staff was great, please pass on my thanks to them as well because they made the experience a great one.

Take care,

Dear Tim,

Thanks to you, your staff, and Dr. Marc, for a great seminar.  I can appreciate all of the time and effort that went in to planning and delivering a top-notch event.

I am looking forward to attending the upcoming New Patient Acquisition seminar next year.  I also see the benefit of time between the two, allowing transition time for all the changes and improvements that are necessary in order to be ready for increased new patients.

Thank you once again,

Tim,

This past weekend was mind blowing in an awesome way!!  I have known Dr. Marc for about 7 years now dating back to when I was a student.  I have been to Dr. Marc's seminar before and the information continues to grow and be second to none.

I started implementing some of the information Monday morning with a new
patient and it just made things so much easier.  I want to thank you for organizing the seminar and making everything a smooth weekend of learning.

Looking forward to the next seminar!!

Thank you again,

2006 OCTOBER PRE-SALE STRATEGY SEMINAR

Marc:

You know, I just read your view point. I have also given away thousands in free exams to anyone that would sit still long enough for me to palpate their neck. And now, here I am about a year after learning about you and listening to your B.S., and what do I have to show for it?

I am seeing fewer patients, thanks to your B.S. I am not collecting as much, again thanks a lot, all because of your B.S.

Yes, thanks to your B.S. (Brilliant Solutions):

I am not collecting as much insurance, but my cash collections have more then doubled. Also, my over all income is up!!!

I am seeing fewer patients. That’s right, I am not seeing children and spouses for ridiculous discounts any more (including free). My per visit collection average has more than doubled and my patients are bringing in their spouses and children who are willing to and in fact they expect to pay my full fees!!!  What’s up with that?

I now collect $225.00 per exam for every exam every day and every time instead of ZERO!

My PVA is currently 29 instead of 12-17 and my average per visit collections have more then doubled. Get this, my patients are making the choices (not me) that are allowing my per visit average collections to go up. I guess they decided I was worth more when I explained what I do and how I am different.

Yes Marc, we look forward to more of your B.S. (Brilliant Solutions) in June.

Sincerely,

Dr. Russ Smith and my beautiful wife Vicky

Marc:

Just wanted to drop a quick note saying I received my Normal Structure posters and they look AWESOME! I have the black frames all ready and they will be going up this weekend.

I also wanted to mention I have been using the pre-sale strategies you taught at the last seminar for a while now and the results are astounding. Before, I would usually have people leaving after I presented the financial policies saying they needed to think about it and would get back to me. Only about 1 in 4 returned to take up care. Now the patients don't even wait for me to finish the financial options - they see the pre-pay and just say OK!

Can't wait for more info in June and hopefully new patient acquisition after that. I need more patients to try out these strategies on!

Thanks Marc and the Practice Central Team

Tim:

It's been 2+ months since the Integrity Strategies seminar in October '06 and I'm very pleased with the outcome in my practice since I've begun implementing Dr. Swerdlick's Pre Sale strategies. Although I'm not as proficient as I'd like to be with all aspects of these strategies yet, I am seeing great results. There is much less stress in the whole process of receiving potential patients and determining if they will be a good fit for my practice and vice versa. Since I've begun implementing Dr. Swerdlick's strategies, I've had several patients pre-pay for plans of care. In the past, I would recommend the same plans of care, but I had trouble educating patients so they understood the importance of what I do. I had been using other forms of patient education and ROF strategies and they would not always work so well. With Dr. Swerdlick's strategies, it's very low stress and people understand the value and importance of what I do and they pre-pay.Also, as I'm getting more proficient with implementing the strategies, I see the importance of learning pre-sales techniques first. You need a system in place to filter potential patients before you get the people in your door. Without one, when you get busy, you will set off an unprofessional image and that does not bode well for your business in the long run. I plan on attending the next Integrity Strategies seminar in 2007. And, I highly recommend to any chiropractors who would like to learn how to market themselves ethically and with integrity to not miss the next seminar. I'm sure Dr. Swerdlick and you will over-deliver once again.

Tim:

I really didn't know what to expect from a "Pre-Sales" seminar. To me, I didn't even know what pre-sales was. Well, just as I expected I was disappointed. I felt very let down.

Why?

1. I figured there was no way Dr. Marc could pack so much into one day, but he did.
2. Being a bona fide PM junkie I thought I had heard it all, but I hadn't.
3. After years in practice I thought I knew it all, but I don't.
4. I thought I had to give away services to be successful, but that's not true.

So after being so thoroughly disappointed with the content, I thought I would implement the things taught during the Pre-Sales event. Again, I was disappointed.

Why?

1. I had become used to the stress of giving a report of findings, but now there is none.
2. I used to be afraid to tell a patient what they really needed to be a successful chiropractic patient, but now I'm not.
3. Everyone says you need a unique selling proposition or how you're different. I didn't know what that was or how to implement it, but now I do. (Unique selling proposition is not Dr. Swerdlick's words but mine)
4. I thought I had to surprise a patient with the "big show" in the ROF, but I don't.

So, what has been the result of being so disappointed with the Pre-Sales?

1. Patients already know they have a problem, not by me telling them, but by figuring it out for themselves (an exact science by the way).
1. There is no surprise in the ROF.
2. Patients already know what I am going to tell them.
3. They already know what kind of recommendations I am going to make.
4. They already know how much it is likely to cost.
5. My front desk staff gets to be the patients advocate as well as a source of third party credibility to the patient.
6. My stress level is way down when it comes to NP's and ROF's.

Those are the results for me from the Pre-Sales Seminar. The amazing thing is that what I have implemented and had great results with, is the tip of the iceberg from just one day!! It will take a while to finish the implementation of the rest of that one day, but I'll do it. Now, for me it's polish what I've learned, perfect it and prosper.

Dr. Swerdlick's thought process is totally foreign to me as a chiropractor. Where does he get this stuff? Even though I have never heard this stuff in my years of practice, it's absolutely, totally logical. This is the way chiropractic should have been practiced for decades.

So, Dr. Tim: what's next?

Hey Tim:

I used Dr. Marc's info and tailored it to present to local, general MD's, nurse pract. and Dr's asst. WOW! What a response, 3 new referrals in 2 days after the meetings!

That has never happened in my 10 years of practice.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Tim:

I had an 83 yr old male (medicare and suppl) come in yesterday for the initial consult and exam. I thought he was just agreeing and doing the head nodding thing to keep me happy. When he came in today for the ROF, it was slicker than "you know what." He said he knows that I'm not going to turn his spine into an 18 year olds, but agreed that he needed 16 weeks of care right out of the gate. And all with me still butchering the consult, exam, and ROF steps a bit (although getting better).

That's what I call TURNING ON THE POWER!

Dr. Joe Haak

Tim:

I wanted to update you with some results. I did my first ROF using the pre-sell method. It was on a mother and daughter. When they came in, the mom was already wanting to talk finances before I went over the findings. It was as if she already had her mind made up before she saw the severity of things. After the adjustments, I was ready to tell them that I will follow up once and then it was up to her when all of the sudden, she took out her date book and check book and pre-booked both of their 20 weeks worth of appointments and wrote out a check for $5130 (I am not in her HMO). Holy crap. Even though I know the value of what I offer I still couldn't help thinking, "You mean you are actually going to do this?” Pretty powerful stuff considering this was the most stress free ROF I have ever done and also the biggest one time check I have ever had a patient write out. Needless to say, keep my credit card on account and I give you my permission to bill me for any event with Dr. Marc and just let me know what time and place to show up at.

Thanks!

Hey Tim:

I just wanted to say again, Thanks, for putting on such a great seminar!! I'd like to provide you with a second testimonial to the one I gave a few weeks back.

"Being a perfectionist, a Virgo of course, I didn't apply the concepts I learned from the seminar immediately. I have to say that I like to have a grasp on things before I implement and hate the feeling of doing things at 50%. Some people can do that and say they are learning the process and feel comfortable with it, not me. So I read and re-read Marc's stuff until I was confident I could perform and decided how I was going to implement what I learned to my particular situation (I'm an associate in a practice).

I'd have to say I am really impressed at how well these techniques work!! When I do an exam on a new patient, I follow Marc's material and people are actually making commitments to care before I've even given them a care plan! Just today, I did an exam and at the end, the new patient said she was really excited to get started. I didn't even talk about money, time, or what we were going to do and just by following Marc's "flow" to the exam, she was ready to go!!! In 5 years of practicing, I've never had anyone tell me they were excited about care just from getting an exam. I'm blown away with the application of what I have learned and I have to admit, I haven't even applied everything Marc taught us. WOW. Thank you Tim: Marc and Integrity Strategies staff for putting on the best seminar I've been to."

Dr. Craig Stiritz

Tim/Marc:

As you know, I was unexpectedly unable to attend the seminar because of post surgical problems a few days prior to the actual seminar. But thanks to Marc's and your generosity, in allowing me to still pay for the seminar and be able to share in the notes of other attendees, I had something to review... I reviewed one set of notes from a friend and I received the combined notes of several docs with your permission, which I put it into play - poorly, and not even close to completely - but DANG what incredible results. One lady drove into see me from over 1.5 hours away, I explained what I do, what I was looking for and why I would or would not accept her case. I asked her if she was committed to 16 weeks of serious care, and was she willing to make the drive 3 times a week from over the mountain. She thought over the options and committed to an exam, (which was at my "complete" package price, a $75.00 increase) and doing this understanding what her care plan was going to be. It was FANTASTIC and oh so easy.

Another pre sell came in yesterday for his initial conference. He is a truck driver - only in town 1-2 days a week, I found this out during the pre sell process, and I explained there was no reason to do an exam, as he was not in town enough to receive the care necessary to fix his problem. Why was this great? Because he thanked me from the bottom of his heart for being up front, being honest and not just seeing him when I knew I was limited in what could be accomplished in the restricted time frame available. I wonder how many solid referrals he will be worth in the next few years?

Another young lady came in for her ROF today - we went over her films and Posture Pro (TM) etc... I said something like, how does that sound? She said "it all sounds really good, I really appreciate you being so up front with me!" She appreciated me telling her how long and how much since she had a primary condition - where she also made the comment - "I am glad you took those X-rays, I had no idea" She had been seeing someone else in town for a month with no results - her first adjustment went well and we already had her excited about the next 16 weeks! (oh, she prepaid)

I can't wait for the advanced class - where I actually get to attend!!!

Tim:

Monday morning after the seminar I applied the data from the introductory presentation for my first consult of the day. I would not say that I was absolutely perfect in my delivery process, however, what I can say is that I paid for the entire weekend (seminar, travel, and posters) in the first hour of being open that day. If that is not good enough, this was the best I ever felt after delivering a consultation since being in practice. I presented the information like Dr. Marc recommended and without any high pressure or push on my end the patient accepted care.

After that consult, I continued to apply the introductory data to all my consults. A few of the people left "needing to think about it." This was a little discouraging at first, but something amazing has started to happen. These consults have started to come back in for a "paid" evaluation. What is even better was that one gentleman today told us that he told 5 of his friends about us. After struggling with getting others to tell people about me for years, I am in absolute shock that with basic up front communication, I am building better relationships with people than I have in 9 years of practice.

Today in fact, 2 former patients stopped back in the office to get back under care. I sincerely do not feel this is a coincidence. I feel that something quite magical has happened in the office and this has opened the doors to what we are all about.

If that is not enough. Another patient who wanted to think about it and stayed away for a week also came in today after I honestly feel that she was not going to start care. Instead, she came back to me for help. At no time during the process did I ever make any effort at trying to push her into care nor reject her for needing some time. The whole process is absolutely unbelievable.

To top that off, I had 3 other consults today. All of them moved forward to the next step in my office. One of them committed to a very needed program that I know I would have struggled recommending because of the overall cost. However, not having to personally feel that I had to do anything but present the information made the process easy and successful.

After spending well over 50 thousand dollars over the years to learn how to effectively communicate with patients and get them to accept my recommendations for care, I have never found an approach that has made my consultation so stress free. As I am writing this post, I have a big smile on my face. I now enjoy every consultation. It feels so good to just put yourself out there to the patients, offer your solution, and let the patient decide.

I also want to thank Integrity Strategies for putting the seminar together. I honestly feel that I received far more than I paid for. Thank you very much.

Finally, I feel this information can absolutely change our profession. I feel that this approach would improve all the standards of chiropractic. I feel that all chiropractors would gain an increased confidence to actually recommend a program of care that works toward an optimal solution rather than sitting back and having the patients come in when they want. I also feel that this can cause our profession to improve our outcome standards and strive for better results as more and more patients over time learn that there is more to chiropractic than what insurance pays for.

Thanks again,

Dr. Matt Erickson

Dear Tim:

Just wanted to let you know about my experience at the Pre-Sales seminar, in one word, it was AWESOME!!!

I definitely got more than I ever expected.

In the past, I had spent money (and lots of it) on practice management contracts and was left out in the cold when it came to results. When I compare the information presented at the Pre-Sales seminar, it was head and shoulders above anything else I had ever seen. The information flowed very smoothly, it made sense and most of all it is highly ethical. [I can't really say that about most of the stuff floating around in the chiropractic profession in terms of marketing]. In addition, I feel that the information presented at the seminar is very doable.

As a result of what I learned at the Pre-Sales seminar, I will be presenting chiropractic (my version) in a new way to my patients and to my community. People will be able to make an educated decision and do what is best for them; there will be no more bait and switch and does that ever take the pressure off me. I am excited and psyched about implementing all the information in my practice and in my marketing strategies.

Congratulations on putting on a First Class seminar; you and Dr. Marc are to be commended for your efforts. You both are a class act!!! Keep up the good work and I'll see you at the next seminar.

Dear Tim:

From my conversations on the phone with Marc I had a feeling the seminar would be excellent, and it was. He really gave a new, fresh perspective on how to present what we have to offer to the prospective patient. He really is impressive! We are damn lucky to have someone in our profession like Marc that can help us elevate our profession. I am not saying these things just to blow smoke up his ass, I mean it. The seminar was well organized and structured, a real plus to me.

I want to thank you for putting on such a great seminar this past weekend. I have been part of 2 management groups and spent a stupid amount of money in the past. I can honestly say that it was one of the most practical, easy to go home on Monday and make changes seminars I have ever been to.

Marc is a great presenter and his sincerity in wanting to help docs came through loud and clear. I don't think I have ever had a presenter stay almost 3 hours after the seminar to answer questions on all topics. I hope you can put together another seminar soon.

Tim and Marc,

Aaahh, the afterglow.

Thank you for the huge amount of information I received at the Oct. 21 seminar. I have been processing since Saturday night, mulling over potential practice changes and ideas...the day was a springboard towards reaching more patients by having a new way to get my message out to more people. I have always loved what I do, but I haven't always effectively communicated what I do in a way that is "persuaducational". I also am pleased because the more I play with the new toys I got on Saturday, the more I am convinced that the strategies REALLY DO TRANCEND ALL PRACTICE STYLES, whether they be strictly structural chiro offices, or nutrition, or acupuncture based, etc.

It will take some work, and I am more excited about that than in a long time.

Great seminar! The information that Marc presented is universal. His attention to detail is astounding, and unlike anything else available. It is information that all in the profession should know and practice. The consequences of that would make the profession much stronger and more respected.

Dear Tim:

I had another pre-education consult tonight. He was real hesitant at start, has had 2 fusions in his spine, been through therapy, pain management, injections, etc., didn't think there was anything I could do to help (referred in by his wife). During the consult, he stated how thorough I was. During the exam, he stated previous docs never did those tests. Looking over the stages of degeneration poster, he states again how detailed and thorough I was, and what a mess he and his wife must be. On the way out he asks about supplements. Prior to leaving, he says that he thinks we will have a great relationship together. I thanked him. He said, no thank you, I have seen many doctors and never did they talk with me like you did. Oh the joys of pre-education. Thanks again. By the way, I won't email you every time this happens, but it is so cool.

Hi Tim:

Tim/Marc:

I would say that the seminar presented material that will have an effect, when you use it. That effect will be success in your practice, pretty inevitable. So for any chiropractor that is still struggling to know THE way to interact with patients professionally and have them sign up for a plan of care...LOOK NO FURTHER. Dr. Swerdlick has the training you need to succeed.

Dear Drs. Tim: Marc, and Staff,

I would like to offer my whole hearted thanks for all your efforts in putting together the Pre Sale Strategy Seminar. The seminar was extremely well organized. Expectations of the attendees were clearly laid out ahead of time which kept the seminar running like a Swiss Watch. The seminar room was comfortable, and the hotel was convenient for out of town travelers like me. The logistics of the event were great. The information in the seminar was great. It was presented in a logical, fun format. Dr. Swerdlick covered the topic well and went way over and above what I expected. In addition to knowing his stuff he is a blast. He presented what could have been very dry material in a most entertaining way. I am excited to put into practice what I have learned. I again wish to thank all who had a hand in getting this event together. Count me in on the next one.

A lot of the PM companies have the exact same presentation of chiropractic with their own little twist. Dr. Marc's material was not even close to others I have heard or read. His presentation of chiropractic was so unique that it doesn't require confrontation and covers all objections to your plan of care before you even start the examination process. Any chiropractor with any type of technique background can apply this information. Thanks for yours and Dr. Marc efforts in giving this seminar.

Tim:

Thanks for putting together such a great seminar! You and I have been in practice for more than a few years now. At this juncture, I can truthfully say that everything I have seen in chiropractic marketing has not fundamentally changed since 1986 when I graduated. Oh, it was new to me then because I was new in the profession. But even what was "new" back then was still warmed over stuff that was 30 years old then! I can't believe the money I have wasted over the years on decades old material that hasn't worked in years.

Marc's material is fundamentally different in every way from anything I have learned in the past. Above all, it just "makes sense". What a difference it will make in all of our practices! Anyone can give you the "how it's done" but nobody ever tells you the "why it's done" like Marc did. None of the fish stories of "back in the day". Just a way to build your practice "consistently and predictably." I truly feel sorry for anyone who didn't attend for whatever reason.

This seminar had way more information than is typically presented in the usual two or three day "fluffinar". Best of all, my BS-inator was completely silent and there was no feeling that "something isn't right" in the pit of my stomach. Pretty amazing since that hasn't happened to me EVER at any chiropractic business event I've ever attended in my entire career. Saying that Marc went way above and beyond any expectation is an understatement of epic proportions. I sincerely hope that this was only the first of more seminars in the future. It was a sincere pleasure to be a part of the positive energy that was generated. Please count me in on anything you have planned that involves Marc in the future.

I wanted to thank you for going through all the trials and tribulations to put this seminar on.

All STUFF!
NO fluff!

A communication system, not scripts!
Way more than I expected from Intro through to ROF. The tools to write, speak, and present "perseducationally"!!!

Not that I doubted how good it was going to be, but now that I've had the chance to actually learn and hear/see Marc in action, We NEED to get 50 traction and exercise docs together for a Marketing Boot Camp...In the mean time count me in on anything else that comes along!!!

Dear Tim:

Thanks for putting together a great seminar. I hope all the b.s. you went through was worth it. Everyone I talked with was more than satisfied. The old, under promise, over deliver. This was the first business seminar in which that gag reflex was not going off. Not one piece of info presented made me feel uncomfortable, unprofessional, or like a sleazy salesman. I did my first pre-education consult and exam (last week), with the ROF today. Although I am far from polished, I was amazed how smoothly it felt. The patient (who had been through lots of treatments before, including previous chiro care) was astonished that no one had ever found what I did. She repeatedly made the comment, "that makes so much sense". There was never any tension as to what I would recommend as far as a care plan (no patch fix compromise; in fact if I had offered options, I think she would have had her warning signal go off), and complementary care (pillow, lift, supplements). After her first treatment, she came up to the reception counter and said "so i need to come in two more times this week, when can I come" without being asked to reschedule. She also asked me about the supplementation and pillow without my bringing it up again. There was no question about finances, just when could she pay. I cannot tell you how little stress was involved from the initial consult forward. I presented info, and let her choose if she wanted what I had to offer. No stress, no confrontation, no mental or emotional manipulation of the patient. Now the key will be how to get more people into the office and how to help them pay for it. But I hope you and Marc have that in the works.

Thanks again Tim for all your efforts.

Thanks for all your time and energy in putting on the Pre Sales Strategy Seminar. It far exceeded my expectations. As I have heard Marc speak before, I knew the information would be valuable, but this seminar far surpassed what I thought would be offered. In my over 20 years in chiropractic, I have never met a seminar speaker with the integrity and knowledge that Marc Swerlick has. I spoke with 3 of the doctors that I referred to the seminar, and they were pleasantly surprised at the info presented. They and I know that there is a way to build your practice with honesty and integrity, and Marc has given us the information. I look forward to future events presented by Integrity Strategies. It is hard to believe that this was your first seminar presentation. It was well organized, your support staff was fantastic, and there was a great group of doctors present. I hope we are able to have future seminars, maybe cash practice, new patients, staff.

Again, Thanks.

Tim:

Thank you so much for the time and effort you and your staff put into making this event a reality. This profession desperately needs what Marc has to offer. The content was fantastic! (Thanks Marc!) The rules you set forth made for a great experience and increased the value of the seminar. I look forward to future events!

Dr. Tim and Dr. Marc,

Thanks for putting together such an organized and informative seminar this weekend. The materials that Dr. Swerdlick presented made a lot of sense and was presented in a way that when Pre-Education is done correctly, prospective patients will come in to my office ALREADY knowing what I do and what to expect. This will take a lot of pressure off of me as a doctor to educate them and talk to them about chiropractic from ground zero.

Dr. Swerdlick's information is way beyond what I have ever heard or learned before. Some of the information I have heard before and tried to implement. But the way Dr. Marc presents the same information and tells us how to implement it makes more sense and is far more effective.

I can't wait until the next seminar. How nice it would be to hear Dr. Marc's information every weekend. There would be no limit to where I would get my practice.

Thank you,

Dr. Jay Whitlock
